Fast Shipping/Priority Shipping

ALL orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out.

(During the holiday season it may be extended). 

Online orders are process within 48-72 hours (business days) depending on the time that your order was placed. We ship using USPS Priority mailing. Once your order has been proceesed and shipped, a notification email will be sent containing your tracking information for your order.  

We DO NOT ship to PO Box address. Please ensure that your billing/shipping address match. 

If your Billing/Shipping address does not match, your order may be delayed due to address verification. If we cannot verify billing/shipping address, your order may be rejected.      

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Prices are calculated at the Checkout Screen .

Estimated Delivery Dates are available within 12 hours of issued Tracking Numbers.     

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. 

All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!     

All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

All packages marked as "delivered"  by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. 

Customers must be present or make accomodations when packages are being delivered. 

We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item has been marked as "delivered."

Overnight orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out the following business day. It is the customers responsibility to be available for the package, should USPS, UPS, or FedEx feel the package is unsafe to leave at the delivery location your package may be delayed.
